Online Survey

The proposed solution is based on the latest technologies from Microsoft Corporation
 to serve MoE requirements, by implementing fully automated web-based Surveys
 System that handles all phases of survey projects, from creating questionnaires through data entry to advanced statistical analysis and producing of extensive tables and impressive graphics.
Cubic Art proposed solution is a web-based system that guarantees the total control and flexibility of the surveys process which includes:
• Data inquiry
• Data collection
• Data analysis
• Data presentation

1. The site will be built on Microsoft ASP.NET 3.5 (web forms and user controls) under windows operating system environment.
2. The site will be user‐friendly with smooth movement among forms to complete the desired task and smart tips / error messages to help users
3. The system will follow windows application standards like cut, copy & paste to minimize typing in all text fields, enter / tab key move to next field, Windows sorting methods and standard controls.

The proposed solution is easy-to-use and delivers all the business features in respond to the RFP
1- Survey Creation and management :

1-1 survey design :
Survey Manager will have the ability to create a survey and define survey specification, and always he has the right to edit the specifications but not the survey name and address. And one of the below ways can be used to create a Survey.
1-2  Types of questions
After creating the survey specifications, the survey manager can use one or more than one of the  question types

As part of the creating the survey, survey manager can use questions specification to while creating the question to make sure that he is going to capture the information he is looking for.
2- Survey Distribution and workflow
After the survey is created by the survey manager, the survey should go approval workflow to be reviewed and approved by the survey owner, and still the survey manager and owner can edit the survey before publishing the survey.
3- Response to survey
Once the survey is finally published and distributed to targeted employee, the employee should be able now to access the survey and answer the surveys’ questions.
4- Detailed analysis
At the end of the process and after the employee response to the published survey, the survey owner and manager can analyze the submitted response through generating different type of report which will help on taken correct decision.
