E-FOLLOWUP is an electronic system that is designed in association with a Web browser, to run, follow -up and complete any governing decisions, as well as following-up on the associated correspondences related to the Executive Council and its committees.

E-FOLLOWUP provides a facility to monitor and track all agendas issued by the Board/Council, in addition to the ability to modify letters of meetings, and sending notifications to the authorized personnel, with the proper actions to be taken

eAgenda permits members of boards or committees in addition to the persons authorized to reconsider the decisions taken and to issue reports about the efficiency of the implementation process.
